By using this website and/or downloading and using its client program, you affirm that you understand and agree to being bound by all of the following terms of use.
Car Home Page ("CHP") is provided as a free service, consisting of this website and its client program, courtesy of XemiComputers, available to everybody for unlimited use. XemiComputers reserves the right to discontinue CHP service or change terms of use at any point in time without notice and at its sole discretion.
You are specifically entitled to:
- download and install CHP client program on your computer
- distribute CHP client program unmodified and in its original archive
- use this website to view/rate pages created by other users and view/edit your own page
XemiComputers reserves the right to delete everything it finds unacceptable without notice. Pornography and copyright violation in any form is strictly forbidden.
It is the sole discretion of XemiComputers to decide what is not acceptable and shall be deleted without notice. Here is just a partial list of things that you should avoid in your messages. Please use the list as a guideline: racist remarks, pornography, excessive profanity, sexual harassment, sexually explicit language, religious persecution, remarks that serve no substantial purpose other than to antagonize another person, bigoted remarks, soliciting or advertising, e-mail addresses and URLs, any kind of personal information, everything else that shall, at the sole discretion of XemiComputers employees, be deemed unacceptable.
Although XemiComputers will make all efforts to filter out material that you personally may find unacceptable, XemiComputers may not and will not take any responsibility for the contents sent by other CHP users. If you think otherwise you have to stop using CHP service immediately.
By using CHP service you are agreeing that XemiComputers makes no claims to the accuracy of information provided by other CHP users, nor necessarily endorses any views expressed herein, and has no liability for situations that may arise from the actions of those using CHP service. You are furthermore agreeing that you are liable for any situations that may arise from your own actions.
